Jim Adams is the  LGAA for the Door County Board of REALTORS®.

The LGAA monitors municipalities in Door & Kewaunee Counties and submits LGAA Email Alerts to members of the Door County Board of REALTORs ®.

Jim has  been a REALTOR® since 1991 and is associated with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group in Sturgeon Bay.

 What does the LGAA do?

• Weekly (sometimes 2-3/week) LGAA Email Alerts

• Updates this website for both Door & Kewaunee Counties and local municipalities & schools

• Occasionally covers other meetings & reports to the membership via LGAA Email Alerts

• Posts documents on the LGAA website

• Announcements of meetings other than government meetings (invasive species, Great Lakes Water, etc.)

• Announcements of government officials meetings (Rep. Ribble, Sen. Kohl, etc.)

• Election information (candidates, candidate forums/debates, polling locations, etc.)

• Reminders of school choice choice registration deadlines

  The LGAA spends several hours/week monitoring the news, municipal websites, PEG channel listings and writing LGAA Email Alerts. This allows you to focus more time on your business.
